Modeling of a Decision-making System for the Balancing of a Ship Based on Variable Weight
this paper presents a new method to build a decision-making model for the balancing of a Ship with variable weight.The main point is to show how to build a decision-making model for the balancing of a damaged ship more precisely than they do before,and can provide the decision maker to balance a damaged ship with a very direct and useful advice.Following the steps give in part six,you can easily build up the model of decision-making system for the (cing) of a ship based on variable weight.
