Design and Simulation Study of a New Type of Dual Mass Flywheel
In order to research the influence of the main parameters of Dual Mass Flywheel to the torsional vibration of the transmission system,one heavy vehicle was taken as the target vehicle and its dynamics models of transmission system in the idle conditions and the driving conditions were established by ADAMS.Then the main design parameters of Dual Mass Flywheel were gained through simulation and optimization.Finally,a new Dual Mass Flywheel,whose vibrating springs are distributed on both sides of the damping disc,was designed and its damping effect was studied through simulation research.
