Average Failure Rate Estimation of Exponential Distribution under Zero-failure Data Situation

摘要：

　　Under zero-failure data model,we introduce failure information and directly derive the average failure rate estimation of exponential distribution based on EM algorithm.Further we obtain explicit expression the parameter satisfies,whose solution converges to the real value.Finally this paper analyzes some real engine problems,and the result shows that the method is appropriate,practicable and easy to operate.
