Application of SPC Technology in compressor manufacture process

摘要：

　　Considering collar insertion operation in the compressor manufacturing press,dynamic quality control is implementation by using (-x)-R chart.Quality management mode that predicts controls and improves the quality of production is established by rejecting assignable causes immediately and obtaining in-control status.The effectiveness has been proved by theory and practice,beneficial to optimizing production conditions and improving the product quality.
