The Process Model of Green Supply Chain Management for Chinese Automobile Manufacturing Industry--Take Company W for Example

摘要：

　　In Chinese automobile manufacturing industry,there exist problems for supply chain management,which are studied through this paper.In order to find out the right way for companies focused on automobile manufacturing to carry out green supply chain management theory into practice,this paper propose to follow the Process Model of Green Supply Chain Management.Whats more,company W is taken as an example to show the performance of such model.In the end,suggestions are provided for companies to implement green supply chain management theory as this model shows.
