An Important Source of Corporate Value:Supply Chain Management

摘要：

　　Supply chain management of enterprises under the background of network economy has become the source of value creation.The enterprise can greatly improve the speed of response,substantially reduce costs and enhance core competitiveness through effective supply chain management.Scientific supply chain management involves not only the various functions within the enterprise referring to the horizontal integration and coordination of activities,but also the re-design and integration of business processes among enterprises.Thus,scientific management should be the results of improving the internal and the external supply chain management.Modern enterprise should realize the true integration of the internal and external supply chain management.
