　　Hard financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is a difficult problem in the world.The third party payment is developing fast in our country.In this condition,the flexible use of funds,financing of the distribution chain and the activation of the third party storage of massive data are expected to solve financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.
