Estimation of Three-parameter Weibull Distribution based on Censored Data

摘要：

　　this paper presents a method of estimation of the three -parameter weibull distribution based on the censored data of the life test.First,we estimate the location parameter ε by using the linear estimation.Then we estimate shape parameter m and scale parameterη in the weibull distribution.Thus a linear estimation method for determining a three-parameter Weibull distribution is completed.This method can be applied in reliability engineering for reliability evaluation.
