An Empirical Study of Innovation Competence System for Chinese SMEs

摘要：

　　The research builds up an evaluation system for innovation competence for Chinese SMEs.By using factor analysis method,the study confirms the system for evaluating innovation competence of SMEs consists of technology,marketing,production operation,organization and culture innovation.The evaluation system presented in this paper will be useful to improve innovation competence to Chinese SMEs.It will help to analyze and promote sustainable development of Chinese SMEs in both theory and practice implications.
