Research of Strategic Decision Chart of Enterprise Competitive Power and Sustainable Development

摘要：

　　According to the principle of competitive edge—path quantity of obtaining competitive edge of BCG in 1983,the paper establishes strategic decision chart of business competitive power--level of sustainable development.In strategic decision chart,the horizontal coordinate is synthesizing average fraction of business competitive power,which reflects level of business competitive ability in a period; the vertical coordinate is level of business sustainable development,which reflects change tendency of business competitive ability in the same period.Strategic decision chart reflects comprehensively intensity of business competitive ability and tendency of business sustainable development by ration target,so it will provide scientific basis for formulating management strategy of the business sustainable development.
