Performance Evaluation Model and its Application of Express Enterprises

摘要：

　　The performance evaluation of the express enterprises is of great significance for constantly improving and enhancing the management level of express enterprises,and guides them towards a healthy and sustainable direction.In this paper,in order to make out specific performance evaluation for specific express enterprises through theory and case analysis,we will use Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis together to identify the internal problem and put forward improvements for the express enterprises.
