Study on Functional Performance Evaluation of Community Health Service Institutions in Songjiang District

摘要：

　　It establishes a scientific and rational,simple health service performance evaluation index system based on qualitative and quantitative methods to measure the actual effect of community health services,efficiency and effectiveness for the government to invest in public health services,to discover existing problems and shortcomings for improving their service level.Meanwhile,it selects two community health service empirical researches to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of evaluation system.
