Multi-hierarchy Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation of High New Technique Industrial Clusters Competitiveness

  On the basis of the literature of high-tech industry cluster competitiveness,this paper builds a new industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system.Based on that,multi-hierarchy fuzzy synthetical evaluation models of a high-tech industrial clusters competitiveness model is established by using fuzzy mathematics,so that we have a more comprehensive and effective evaluation for the competitiveness of high-tech industries cluster,so only with continuous technological innovation capability and competitive of the system of the high-tech industrial clusters,has a strong competitive and continuously development and growth,which supply a appropriate strategy for analyzing the role of high-tech industrial clusters in the different regions.
