Study on the Benefits Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Method of Venture Philanthropy

摘要：

　　Lack of funds,low efficiency,poor transparency and low transparency restrict the development of Chinese charities,especially private charities.Thus,venture investment is applied to public charity in this paper,to achieve a creative model of public charity,i.e.,the venture philanthropy.Firstly,a set of benefits evaluation index system is founded by causal analysis model,based on which the benefits utilities analysis model of public charity projects is studied.The following nmeric examples indicate that model can solve the venture philanthropy problem properly and conveniently.
