The Empirical Research and Statistical Indexes Construction of Urban and Rural Peoples Livelihood System--A Case of Shandong Province

　　This article draws on the research experience of the existing domestic and foreign experts and scholars,with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical connotation of livelihood issues and compliance with the appropriate urban and rural peoples livelihood index system construction principle to establish peoples livelihood system of statistical Indexes with 9-level Indexes and 35 secondary Indexes of urban and rural residents,including public education,employment services,social security,health care,family planning,housing,security,public cultural infrastructure,environmental protection and so on.By the overall empirical analysis on the Shandong Province urban and rural peoples livelihood,this article explores more reasonable ways of optimizing the livelihood of the urban and rural residents in Shandong Province during the 12th Five-Year period.
