Research on the Effect of Undertaking Alliances between Software Outsourcing Vendors on Their Performance in European and American Market

摘要：

　　Clients from European and American market usually have the highest demands on technical ability,cooperate scale,project management ability of outsourcing vendors compared with clients from other markets such as Japan and South Korea.To meet these demands,Chinese software outsourcing vendors are i(n)creasingly inclined to strengthen mutual cooperation and build undertaking alliances to jointly explore European and American market.This paper researches on the effect of undertaking alliance on outsourcing vendors performance in European and American market from empirical perspective,i(n) order to provide practical guidance for outsourcing vendors,governments and industrial associations.
