Study on EPE and the Scientization of Regional Environmental Management

摘要：

　　To carry out the environmental performance evaluation can provide basic idea and scientific method for achieving the schematization of regional environmental management and continuing to enhance and improve the overall regional environmental performance.The core of the regional environmental performance evaluation is to build a set of EPE indicator system which workable and ease to get along with international indicator system,and establish long-term operation mechanism.
