A Creative Anti-collision Guardrail Structure Design for Heavy Vehicle

  Based on the Pro / E 3D modeling technology and combined with the force decomposition and transmission principle,this paper used the connecting rod mechanism to achieve a creative guardrail structure design with the cushioning function.Aiming at the phenomenon that small cars burst from the side into the bottom of heavy vehicles on the highway and cause the small cars passengers deadly damage,according to GBl1567.1-2001 official requirements,the author innovatively designed a new structure of side crash barrier for heavy vehicle.In summary,the design of collision avoidance principle and creative structure design were briefly introduced in this paper.
