Exploration and Practice on Engineering Education Mode of Diversification 3+1
To resolve the increasingly outstanding issues of college graduates comprehensive capacity incompatible with the needs of society,diversification3+lengineering education mode is presented.The new personnel training mode is studied for the different needs,which are taking engineering quality education as the core,individual personnel training as the basic point,the improvement of analyzing and solving problem skills for students as the focus,and the enhancement of the quality of education as the ultimate goal.The years teaching practice validates that the students comprehensive capacity including knowledge,ability and quality has been greatly improved,based on which,the students capacity of identifying and solving practical engineering problems,innovative spirit and capacity,and scientific literacy has been significantly enhanced.Researching results has played a positive role in promoting the new century mechanical talents training reformation,and using which to play a useful role of the countrys advanced engineering colleges of similar education reform.
