Classifying Analysis of the Legal Disputes in University Management

摘要：

　　The legal disputes in university management include a Series of disputes between universities and students,teachers,other staff and some college-run enterprises.In terms of essence,it covers civil legal relationship 、administrative legal relationship and labour legal relationship.We should first definite the nature of every legal disputes,then establish the management mode and dispute settlement mechanism which is suitable for the current situation and development of higher education.
