　　Student Appraising Teacher in University has been widely adopted as a mean of improving teaching quality.A number of universities had related the results of Student Appraising Teacher with teachers performance gains.But Student Appraising Teacher is bound to have some imperfections.Excessive dependence on Student Appraising Teacher will affect students moral education and teachers enthusiasm.When apply Student Appraising Teacher we must provide guide to the students and guarantee the justice of the system and so on.
