Russian Higher Education Reforms Enlightenments on Chinese Universities

　　With the economic development of globalization,education is inevitable to be globalized.Higher educations internationalization is the result of economic globalization and informatization.Facing the education trend of globalization,not to be separated from it,but to blend in to it is the best plan.Russian higher education started from the former U.S.S.R.s development of higher education.After being independent from the former U.S.S.R.and getting closer relation with the European Union countries,the internationalization of Russian higher education has become practical.Many problems appear in Chinese higher education,higher education reform seems to be urgent.Russian higher educations reform enlightens Chinese higher education reform.
