The Study of Academic Responsibility on Non-Governmental Higher Education

摘要：

　　Academic responsibility is not only the dominant value and the important mission but also the inevitable requirement of the development of social ethics,that assuming the academic social responsibility plays a very important role on the development of non-governmental higher education.Therefore,the private colleges should assume the academic responsibility in the talent training,scientific research,social services and cultural heritage in the pursuit of development.
