Analysis and Evaluation on Detectability of Characteristic Index for Coal Property

摘要：

　　Through capability comparison activity on fuel laboratories of 30 thermal power plants,evaluate the capability of ash content in coal conducted in each laboratory by | Z | value,possible uncertain factors that may occur in the determination process of the project has been assessed fully,and technical measures to control quality detection level in fuel laboratory have been proposed.
