In Silico Cloning and Preliminary Analysis of FoxO3 gene of Gallus gallus

摘要：

　　The FoxO3 belongs to the O subclass of the forkhead family.FoxO3 is a tumour suppressor,a master regulator and suppressor of primordial follicle activation.We predicted FoxO3 cDNA sequence of Gallus gallus by in silico cloning,and analyzed its coding protein by bioinformatics methods.Results showed that the FoxO3 cDNA encoded a protein with 486 amino acid residues.The predicted FoxO3 protein with a Forkhead domain was not a secretory protein,and was located m the nucleus.The FoxO3 protein had highly homology with that of other species.This study might provide a basis for future studies on the FoxO3 gene of Gallus gallus and functions of its encoded protein.
