Computer Simulation of Transmission Line Model for Landfill Leakage Location
Landfill is the main means of solid waste treatment in China at present,and the layers will leak different extent in the laying time.It is essential to locate leakage.The paper raises the conception that the application of transmission line model in the landfill leakage detection,the commonly method of TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) is introduced,the transmission line model of landfill leakage detection is established,and the formula of a single loophole model is deduced,the result of computer simulation for the transmission line in landfill leakage detection is given.For with the leakage or not,potential distribution is contrasted.From transmit frequency and transmission line spacing for the influence of potential distribution,we use comsol to simulate.The results show that,the transmission line can be an effective method to locate the leakage region in a landfill.
