OPTIMIZATION OF THE FREEZE-DRYING METHOD FOR PIG AORTA

  In the two experimental vacuum freeze-drying processes of pig aorta,identical temperatures were adopted in each phases,but the determinant methods for judging the end point of primary drying were found different.Then different effects resulted from this two methods are compared by Micro-CT scanning,weighing analysis,and some indexes such as dehydration rate,porosity,dehydration,mechanical properties.With the improvement of judging ending point method is not only a good solution to the shrinkage of the aortic wall and organization collapse after freeze-dried,but also an improvement on the dehydration rate,porosity and dehydration,getting more favorable biomechanical properties finally.
