SIMULATION OF HOT AIR DRYING OF CORN GRAINS BASED ON 3D REAL BODY MODEL

  In the article,the corn grains are chosen as objective material and the simulation of their hot air drying is carried out based on a 3D real body model.The steps to obtain the 3D real body model are described which include scanning by medical CT and treating the image data by MIMICS and Ansys softwares in turn.A series of classical governing equations are chosen as the calculating model of the hot air drying.By means of COMSOL software,simulation is completed based on above real body model and calculating model.The calculating results are discussed in detail.At last,the hot air drying experiment of the original corn grains for modelling is completed and its result is compared with the simulating result.
