SORPTIONAL EQUILIBRIUM OF WATER ON ACTIVATED SLUDGE IN A WIDE RANGE OF TEMPERATURE AND MOISTURE CONTENT
The paper presents results of measurements of sorptional equilibrium of activated sludge.Sorption and desorption isotherms of water were measured by the static method in the following temperatures: 20°C,40°C,80°C and 100°C.The experimental results at each temperature were fitted with selected models of sorptional equilibrium used for biological materials.A general equation was fitted to all experimental data.
