STUDY OF DRYING OF SOIL COLUMNS BY INFRARED RADIATION

  This paper deals with broadening of our knowledge on drying by the help of two experimental setups with undisturbed soil column.Temperature and humidity changes were monitored in and above the soil samples by usage of infra camera and a special detecting system during two day long studies,in which the soil surface was exposed to IR lamp light every day for a 12 hours period in order to simulate the Sun cycle.Our results may assist to the establishment of surface mass and energy balance models.
