THE STUDY ON MECHANISM AND METHOD OF BIOCHEMICAL MODULATION OF DRYING QUALITY OF CORN
This article described the modulation of maize by biochemical method before drying,to change the heat and mass transfer during the drying process and improve the quality of dried corn.Based on the concept of chemical potential and water potential,the model of moisture migration during the drying process was established.The maize was modulated with NaCl at different concentrations before drying.Then thin layer drying experiments under different temperatures was made.Thus the impact of biochemical modulation on moisture reduction and many quality indicators were obtained.Biochemical modulation drying method is of great value.
