INVESTIGATION OF FLUID-BED COATING OF AEROGEL MICROSPHERES CONTAINING OF API

摘要：

　　The article concerns of the investigation of fluid-bed coating of aerogels microspheres to modified drug release.Additional attention is paid to the solvent selection in order to reduce the destruction of the aerogel structure and crystallization of the active substance during coating as a result of the solvent infiltration following by its evaporation from the pores.Based on the microscopic investigations the mechanism of solvent infiltration and removal out of pores following by destruction of the aerogel structure was purposed.
