Changes of Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn in the Fruit of Lycopersicon Esculentum L.Growing in Different Substrates
Plants of Lycopersicon Esculentum L.(cv.Weiwei) were grown in substrates of different ingredients,i.e.Control:rockwool,A:peat + vermiculite(1:2),B:peat + pearlite(1:2),C:peat + vermiculite + pearlite(l:l:l),D:vermiculite + pearlite(2:1),E:peat + sand + vermiculite (1:1:1) and F:peat + vermiculite + pearlite(l:2:l).First fruit samples were taken on September 1 for determination of Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn and Cu.Sampling was conducted every 60 days afterwards. Results showed that different substrates had remarked influences on the contents of all the microelements studied. As for the same element,Ca showed a gradual decrease in firuits during the plant development.Changes of Mg,Mn,Fe,Cu and Zn in the firuit, however, were lack of regularity in different development stages.
