Cloning of CHS Gene From Oxalis Trlangularis A.St.-Hil.‘Purpurea’ and Construction of RNAi Vector

　　As a good ground cover plant,Oxalis Trlangularis A.St.-Hil.‘Purpurea is loved by more and more people,and fostering color Oxalis has important practical significance.In this study,Chalcone Synthase Gene (CHS) was cloned from Oxalis Trlangularis A.St.-Hil.‘Purpurea by conserved sequence of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR),and the RNA interference expression vector was constructed.Then the recombinant fragment was inserted into the plant expression vector PBI121.The identification showed that the plant binary expression vector pBI-CHSi had been built successfully which can be used for the further transformation.
