SRAP Marker Analysis on the Genetic Diversity of Germplasm Resources of Xinjiang Pears

  In order to reveal the pear cultivars genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship to provide a basis for the efficient use and development of germplasm resources,this paper used molecular marker SRAP (sequence-related amplified polymorphism) on researching Genetic diversity of Xinjiang pear cultivars,and conducted cluster analysis for SRAP-PCR results by NYSYS software.Results showed that 10 pairs of specificity,stability primers were screened from the 168 pairs of primers for SRAP analysis,131 bands were amplified,and among them 127 polymorphic loci and primers of each group produced an average of 13 polymorphic bands.Cluster analysis showed that 40 pear germplasm is divided into three categories:first category groups including 2 germplasm,the second category including 6 germplasm and the third groups including 32 germplasm.SRAP mark is suitable for pear germplasm resources relative relation and analysis of genetic diversity,for pear resources development and utilization,and breeding of new varieties provide a scientific basis.
