The High Efficient Regeneration in Two Varieties of Tomato (Solanum Lycoperscium.)

　　In order to prepare for transgenic research,the paper had constructed the high regeneration systems of two different genotype varieties,multi-locule (MLK1) and few-locule (FL1) tomatoes to obtain the best differentiation and rooting mediums.The results showed that the combination of 1 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L IAA for MLK1,1 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L IAA for FL1 could produce maximum shootlets,and the regeneration frequency rates were up to 94.8% and 94.5% especially.The rooting number ofMLK1 was 9.6 in adding 0.1 mg/L NAA,and the rooting number ofFL 1 was 10.1 in adding 0.05mg/L NAA.
