Effect of EM Inoculum on Rhizosphere Soil Humus and Plant Growth of Hanfu Apple

3-a-potted Hanfu apple trees were used as materials to explore the adaptation mechanisms of EM inoculum on rhizosphere soil humus and plant growth.EM inoculurn can improve the soil microbial biomass carbon content and microbial activity of potted Hanfu apple significantly.EM inoculum has no significant effect on soil organic matter, but it has changed the composition of soil humus. On 30d,soil humic acid content of EM inoculum is higher than that of the control, and fulvic acid content is lower than that of the control; on 90d,soil fulvic acid content of EM inoculum is higher than that of the control, and humic acid has no significant effect; there is no significant impact humus throughout the trial period. In addition,EM inoculum has improved Pn,Tr and WUE of apple leaves,it is conducive to the accumulation of dry matter, and promotes the growth of plants.
