Effects of Different Temperature and Humidity on the Growth of Tomato Gray Mold Mycelia
Effects of different combinations of temperature and humidity on the growth of tomato gray mold mycelia are studied, showing that the optimum condition for the growth of tomato gray mold mycelia and the spread of leaf spots is a temperature of 25 ℃ and a humidity of 100 percent (in the absence of droplets).Given the same temperature and saturated humidity, mycelia grow better on leaves in the absence of droplets than leaves with droplets.Stepwise regression method is employed to determine the model of the mycelia growth 5 days after infection, leading to the optimum condition model for the growth of tomato gray mold mycelia in greenhouses.
