ISSR Analysis of Genetic Variation of Triploid Hybrids of ‘2x Hanfu ב4x Gala

摘要：

　　Molecular marker technique of ISSR was used to reveal the genetic variation of triploid hybrids of ‘2x Hanfuב4x Gala.The results showed that 109 bands were obtained by using 11 ISSR primers in the 10 individuals,including 75 polymorphic bands which accounted for 65.14%.The genetic similarity coefficients among the triploid hybrids and its parents were 0.6583-0.8500,and most of similarity coefficients in the offspring with the male parent were higher than that with the female parent,and hybrids showed paternal heterosis.
