Immature Seeds of Iris lactea var.chinensis Pall.Cultured in Vitro

摘要：

　　To select suitable mediums for embryo culture,the embryo growth in different cultural conditions was examined in Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis..The immature seeds of I.lactea were brought out to culture in vitro with aseptic condition.The factors about embryo age of artificial pollination,concentrations of sucrose,concentrations of plant growth regulators and the regulators interactions were examined.There were ten kinds of mediums to set (Table 1).The results showed that 30d after artificial pollination was a proper embryo age for the immature seeds of I.lactea and incubated on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 5% sucrose,0.1 mg·L-1 NAA and 0.1 mg·L-1 6-BA could get the highest germination rate with 66.7%.
