RESEARCH ON SEISMIC PERPORMANCE AND FAILURE MODE OF HIGH-RISE DIAGRID TUBE STRUCTURES
Diagrid tube structures have advantages for constructing high-rise buildings due to their great rigidity,however,the nonlinear seismic performance and failure mode of this kind of structures has not been clearly understood at present.The modal pushover analysis for typical high-rise diagrid tube structure is carried out in this paper and a pseudo-static test is accomplished to research the components yield order,inclined column force,column yield mechanism and diagrid tube seismic failure path,with which the nonlinear seismic performance of high-rise diagrid tube structures is made clearly.The influences of main related factors of structure lateral stiffness on the plasticity developing process are studied also.The plastic energy dissipation is used as the evaluation indicator to analyse the seismic failure mode of typical diagrid tube structure.The analysis results are proposed based on the distribution characteristics of plastic energy dissipation in coupling beam,inclined column,the whole story and different kinds of components.Optimization principle of the structural seismic failure mode is established,then through which the optimal failure mode is obtained.
