CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGEMENT MODEL BASED ON THE LEAN CONSTRUCTION THEORY
Focus on recently the development of construction industry in China,in reference to the foreign application of construction site by lean construction,real-time analysis and correction of domestic traditional model of construction site.This article builds a systematic analysis of construction and operation by lean construction site management,to provide a new idea for building construction site management by value steam,work flow,standardization of construction,the system of last planner,etc,thus contributing to the development of construction management.
