SEISMIC PERFORMANCE OF MOMENT CONNECTIONS BETWEEN COLD-FORMED STEEL SECTIONS
This paper presents an experimental investigation on the seismic performance of moment connections between cold-formed steel sections.Four T-shape beam-to-column connections are tested under cyclic loading.Only one mode of failure is identified,which is flexural failure of connected cold-formed steel section.The results testif · figurations are effective in transferring moment between beam and column.Another,the effect of configurations on moment capacity,stiffness,ductility,and energy consumption capacity is analyzed based on the test results.
