The Application of Benchmarking Management on Safe Community

摘要：

　　Safe Community is an effective way in reducing community death and injury incidence as a typical way of social management innovation.On the basis of research in Safe Community and benchmarking management,the author concluded that the benchmarking management is applicable to Safe Community construction,and discussed working process how benchmarking management would be integrated into construction and continuous improvement of Safe Community.
