DISCUSSION ABOUT THE EVALUATION AND MONITORING SOLUTION OF THE MOBILE DATA SERVICE QUALITY

　　This article focuses on various difficulties of the mobile data service operation and management,based on the network status and service characteristics,builds the appraisal system of user experience quality,discusses the s(Q)lutions of network data collection and analysis,and designs the automatic monitoring and assessment tools of the service quality.The conclusions of this research will make the beneficial attempt for the intelligent management and optimization of the end to end 3G data service.
