ENABLING DYNAMIC CAPACITY DIMENSIONG BY CPT FOR LTE RADIO NETWORK PLANNING
Capacity dimensioning in LTE radio network is a challenge task resulted from inherent open architecture,dynamic system algorithms,complex network characteristics,diversified traffic requirement,etc.In this paper,a new type of capacity planning tool (CPT) is introduced,based on iterated optimal result searching and innovative system level simulation methodology.In the proposed mechanism and dimensioning tool,three types of main scenarios are considered from the engineering perspective of LTE radio network deployment.Together with comprehensive modeling and development,CPT provides a dynamic tool for planners to deploy LTE radio network in more precise and efficient way.
