WIDE-BAND AND PATTERN RECONFIGURATION TWO-ELEMENT CO-AXIAL CAGE ANTENNA ARRAY

摘要：

　　A two-element co-axial cage antenna array for wide-band and pattern recontiguration is presented.The wide-band microstrip-slot coupler is used for the feeding.By controlling the states of the switch,the two feeding port of the proposed antenna array can excite two different phase difference over 200-400MHz frequency band.Corresponding to port 1 and port 4 of the proposed coupler,the main beams of the proposed antenna array are obtained within the whole band.The maximum directions of the main beams approximately point to the horizontal and the 45° elevation direction respectively.Thus,the proposed antenna array has the characteristics of wide-band,reconfigurable pattern and omnidirectional radiation in the upper half-space range from the horizontal direction to the 60° elevation direction.
