DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT OF TELE-DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM OF MEDICAL IMAGES BASED ON SMART HANDHELD DEVICE

摘要：

　　A mobile Tele-diagnosis system of medical images has been developed utilizing the Smart Handheld Device based on Windows CE Operating System.The Smart Handheld Device users can browse medical images,view medical records,diagnose patients,submit and check diagnostic reports from anywhere and at anytime.The real time communication and data update between Smart Handheld Device and the server will be guaranteed in this system.Not only will the application of this system greatly improve the Tele-diagnosis efficiency,it will also provide a new train of thought for the development of telemedicine.
