C4ISR SYSTEM EFFECTIVENESS OF COMMUNICATION BASED ON SYNTHETICAL PERFORMANCE

摘要：

　　This paper dissertate the significance and effectiveness of C4ISR system,and analyses factors which influence the Synthetically Performance of Communication Network,base on which the routing opts in.Moreover,it explains some of the basic concepts and features of Petri Net and Fuzzy Petri Net,Modeling Rules of Fuzzy Petri Net and system performance evaluation algorithm are proposed in this paper as well; A routing based on the Synthetically Performance is put forward; and a Performance Evaluation algorithm and routing algorithm is expounded as an example.
