Study on safety management of small and medium-sized enterprises based on BBS

摘要：

　　The small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) have gained dramatic development in recent years and played a more and more important role in the economic development and social advancement.Meanwhile,the work safety issues of SMEs have also become more and more serious and need to be improved urgently.This thesis proposes a behavior based safety management approach and its related implement processes for SMEs on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the safety management of SMEs in China.The thesis has also put forward some recommendations and countermeasures to ensure the behavior based safety management could be implemented effectively.This research results would have some important directive significance to improve the safety management level and reduce the accident frequency of SMEs.
